Boca Raton, Fla. – “Dateline NBC,” NBC’s signature news show in prime time, will feature South Florida’s very own Dr. Alan J. Bauman on Nov. 26th, 2004 at 8:00 p.m., in a story that tracks five, long-time friends as they attempt to reverse their hair loss.
NBC, wanting to summarize the latest treatments and modalities available and test the efficacy of different hair restoration methods, turned to renowned hair restoration expert, Dr. Alan Bauman, founder of the Bauman Medical Group in Boca Raton, Florida, for help. NBC follows the five men, all South Florida residents of Latin descent and lifelong buddies, as they go through five different treatment methods to restore scalp hair. All services were performed by Dr. Bauman and tracked by an independent source (a professor of Dermatology at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in Miami).
